I Can't Begin To Tell You

At Christmas last year, my cousin brought with her a CD of recordings from a dictaphone that my Auntie once had. I don't know how the dictaphone was found but we listened through what must have been over 30 clips of what my Dad's childhood home sounded like.

One of the clips was my Nan singing a Bing Crosby song, 'I Can't Begin To Tell You'. I've thought for some time it would be a good idea to put the audio to some of their rare family photographs as a present for my Dad. He's always told us stories about what it was like to grow up in a busy working class house with eight other children but listening back to what was captured, it sounds like nothing but a happy home.
